Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

• Returns within 15 days are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Returns made after 15 days will be issued store credits.
• Returns exceeding 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Reasons for Return:
•Only items with the following issues will be accepted:
• Incorrect items shipped.
• Product defects.
• Damage during transit.

3. Full Returns:
• If the entire order is returned, any free gifts included must also be returned. Otherwise, refunds cannot be processed.

4. Gift Returns:
• Recipients of gifts can process returns using the original order number and receive store credit. Free gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. Condition of Goods:
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Goods damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
• Opened or used items without original packaging or accessories, due to hygiene concerns.
• Discounted items are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Items returned beyond the 15-day window but still sent back.

• We are not responsible for returns sent to incorrect addresses.
• We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable return requests.
